AutumnGold Affordable Housing strives to create beautiful and affordable housing opportunities throughout the greater Treasure Valley. We are looking for qualified contractors and subcontractors to help us achieve this goal.

Construction type: Site infrastructure and traditional stick-build.
Scope of work to include, but not limited to: Demolition, excavation, utility installation, footings and installation, flatwork, framing, siding, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, flooring, painting, finish carpentry, fencing and landscaping, etc.
